We are proud to announce that the GIIS Kuala Lumpur has become the first school in Malaysia to win the International Asia Pacific Quality Organization (IAPQO) “Best in Class Award for Education”.

We believe this is a clear sign of the effectiveness of our quality mantra for educational success that GIIS KL has been chosen for this award, which comes very close on the heels of the prestigious Prime Minister’s Award for Industry Excellence.

As all of you would recall, earlier this year, our school won the Malaysia Productivity Corporation’s (MPC) Prime Minister’s Award for Industry Excellence 2009, thus making GIIS KL the only international school to win this prestigious honour.

The latest International APQO awards were given away at a glittering function held during the Organization’s 16th International Conference on Quality at Kathmandu in Nepal between September 18-20, 2010.
